Backup
Login to your cPanel Control Panel and go to "Backups". Follow the promts to select your backup preference.

A Full Backup will backup your entire web hosting account including your web site, databases, email accounts.

Restore
Login to your CPanel Control Panel and go to "Backups". You have three backup types restoration options:

• Restore a Home Backup
• Restore an SQL Database
• Restore an Alias/Filter Backup.

Select your backup type, click the "Browse" button next to your backup option, and choose the file on your computer which you want to restore.

After selecting the file, click the "Upload" button.
