As a valued client, we have no hesitation to going above and beyond the typical base level of support for you. However, please bear in mind that we can only offer complimentary support for the products and services that we are providing you with.

While we will always try to assist you in any way we can, on any question you may have, if your task is not related to the service we are providing to you, we may only provide such a service for a fee.

If for example you have a hosting account with us, we will provide complimentary support on anything to do with your hosting account. If we designed your website, we will provide complimentary support on maintaining your website. Or if we did your SEO, we'll provide support for that.

Best effort 3rd party software support - While we will do our best to give you free advice, we can not provide free support for any problems you may have with your desktop/laptop computer, such as Microsoft Outlook, your Internet connection with your ISP, or your firewall etc.
